About Us

Dawn Stuart, founder of Spectrum Advocacy is the mother of an adult autistic child, Dawn has navigated the Public School System for her son’s entire educational career. She has built a wealth of knowledge about the legal requirements of the educational system, as well as the nuances of it.

Combining her knowledge of the subject matter with personal experiences and  compassion for those who are perplexed by a complicated system that they don’t always understand, it is Dawn's  desire to see a stronger educational system. 

We have created a service business to advocate for families who need help in this arena. A focus on socioeconomically disadvantaged families, including those families whose native language is not English.  In other words, those with more challenges than the others with our help, they are able to get through this process. 

Dawn is well-versed in the subject matter, hard working, compassionate, and driven to make a difference.
